Healthy Living

Hey again guys! Recently I've been trying to change my eating habits to something a little bit healthier! I have stumbled over some few drinks I've really been enjoying - and thought I would let you know about them!

Green Smoothie

I make this the night before, so I can wake up to a nice glas of smoothie everyday! It contains Cucumber, Pears, Apple Juice and Spinach! For some of you it might not sound like the greatest mix, but I would definitely give it a go - it's really good to start your day off with a healthy breakfast, and it gives me so much more energy throughout the day.

Vitamin Water

This is the easiest thing ever! You're just gonna take some fruit you enjoy, put it in a glass of water, in the fridge over night - and wupti! You've got yourself some amazingly tasty water filled with vitamins.
The one the picture have; Lemons, Cocktail Ice Cubes and Mint Leaves in it! Yummy, yummy.
I also really enjoy it with Frozen Strawberries and Raspberries.

Tea

Tea is definitely great for you, and I've always been drinking tea. In the past I always used to drink fruit tea, but lately I've changed it up a bit, and I've found some I like even better!
The ones on the picture, is what I mostly drink! Mint Magic is for sure my fave! It taste heavenly of mint - so if you are a fan of mint, you should definitely give it a go! It's from the brand Celestial Seasonings, and I bought it in a Danish store called Søstrene Grene.
If you didn't already know green tea is absolutely great for you, and the one on the picture taste of mint as well. I usually drink the tea ''Sleepytime Vanilla'' before I'm headed to bed, and it really helps you to get in the mood for a good night sleep, haha.

Please let me know if you make or buy any of these - and how you liked it!

Shopping from IKEA

Hello Sweeties!

If you follow me on Instagram, you might know that I went to IKEA this Saturday.
I went to get some new stuff for my room, as we've just recently moved around in my flat. So now I've gotten a new room and some new stuff I would like to show you!
I LOOOVE IKEA - definitely the best place to go, if you want cheap stuff for your home with a nice quality - and the best thing is, that they've got almost every single thing you could ever want (or close too), collected at one place.
The main thing, that I'm most excited about is my new make up stand.

The light is absolutely perfect for applying make up, and doing your hair.

I was trying to go for the more like stylish, white and clean look - but as I'm living in a flat, the options for something like that really isn't that great, haha. I was trying my best though!

I've also gotten some other bits and bobs, but that it's mainly small, ''necessary'' stuff.

I will wait too show you the rest of my room, until it looks somehow how I would want it too - but as soon as it gets near that point, I will update you guys on it!

And please let me know, if you want me go more into details with any of the stuff!

Top Beauty Products of 2013

2013 has for sure been the year where I've gotten in to make up - so I thought I would let you know, what my all time favorite products of the year has been!

From left to right: Teint Idole Ultra 24H, Wake Me Up foundation, Skin Base Visage, Kate Moss lipstick, Pro Longwear Concealer, Flowerbomb

Favorite foundation(s):
Has been the Teint Idole Ultra 24H by Lancôme as well as the Wake Me Up foundation by Rimmel. Both really great foundations. The foundation by Lancôme leaves my skin with a mate finish and it has high coverage. Where as the Wake Me Up foundation leaves my skin with a beautiful glow, and has got medium coverage, at least on my skin. These are the one I've been grabbing the most, and switched up between depending on my mood.

Favorite concealer:
Is my Pro Longwear Concealer by MAC. It is by far the most longlasting concealer I've ever tried, and it covers spots nicely! Perfect concealer!

Favorite Primer:
Is the Skin Base Visage Prep+Prime by MAC. It does the job, and ads a bit of shimmer to the skin which I'm liking a lot!

Favorite lipstick:
The one lipstick I've been grabbing the most is the Kate Moss lipstick, number 107 by Rimmel. It's definitely a rather dark colour, and I love it! It's not drying on the lips at all.

Favorite bronzer:
Is from a Danish brand called Nilens Jord and the bronzer is called Compact NO. 503. I LOVE this bronzer, as it stays on all day, and you can build it up deepending on how bronzed you wanna look. The bronzer isn't orangey at all.

Favorite powder:
Has got to be my Stay Matte Powder by Rimmel. It is a pressed powder, and does the job very well. I've got quite oily skin, and it stays on most of day. It's very cheap which is definitely a plus form me! I mostly use the powder number 01, which is a transparent powder.

Favorite brushes:
I've got quite a few here - and they are all from Real Techniques except one which are from, again, from Nilens Jord. My favorites from Real Techniques are the buffing brush, the contour brush, the expert face brush and the deluxe crease brush which I mostly use for concealer. The brush from Nilens Jord is number 843, and I mostly apply eyeshadows near my upper lash line with it.

Favorite eyeshadows:
Is my well loved Naked Palette 2. It is a palette with mostly shimmer eyeshadows, but there are also a few dull ones. I mostly use the dull ones for everyday use - I usually take Foxy over the lid and then Tease threw the crease, Blackout close to the upper lash line, and sometimes a bit of Bootycall in the inner corner for the eye. I mostly use the simmer ones for nights out - as you do, haha. The quality of the eyeshadows are absolutely amazing.

Favorite parfume:
My favorite parfume of the year is actually an Eau De Toilette. I've only just recently bought it, but I discovered it ages ago - and I will buy it again at a heart beat!
It's the well known Flowerbomb by Viktor & Rolf.
If you havn't got around and smelled the parfume yet, I will try me best to describe it - to me it has a very sweet scent and it's smells a bit floral, very girly and feminin. It is definitely my favorite parfume of the year, and if you havn't smelled it yet, I would definitely recommend to go take a sniff, haha!

Favorite hair styling tool:
Is for sure my hair straightener from GHD. The model number is GHD SS4.0. I've used it almost every day since I got it as a christmas present two years ago, and it still holds perfectly. It does it's jobs absolutely amazing, and I literally wouldn't know what to do without it.

Order of the brushes form up to down: Deluxe crease brush, expert face brush, number 843, contour brush, buffing brush.

- As you might can see my products are well loved, and might not look as pretty as they could've. So sorry about that, haha!

That is it for now! I literally can't wait for the new year, and to get around all the make up that I have in mind buying. If you want me to get more into details with any of the products, on how I use it etc. please let me know!
